Formerly KBR, Inc. President, Infrastructure, Government and Power-Americas. Former Senior Vice President, Commercial for KBR responsible for Corporate Development, Strategy, Ventures investments and Executive Risk Committee for major project oversight. Previously held multiple operating and management roles with Jacobs in Europe and the USA. Over 35 years experience in Power, Oil & Gas, Civil Infrastructure, Pulp & Paper and Minerals. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Mr. Rome co-founded Petco in 1981, and served as its President and CEO for the first two decades. Currently, he is an advisor to the U.S. Energy Association, a Senior Councilor to the Atlantic Council with the U.S. Energy Program. Mr. Rome is the Chairman of the Energy Committee at the Israel-United States Chamber of Commerce. He serves as Petco’s liaison with the Company’s regional offices.

Founder and President of Energy Coal, SPA, Petco’s partner in Italy, a leading trading company in the Mediterranean, and Managing Director of Italiana Coke. For over 20 years, Mr. Ascheri has worked closely with all major Italian utilities and industries specializing in the Coal and Petcoke markets.

Formerly General Manager Israel and Mediterranean for Noble Energy, at the time of the discoveries, also former President Amoco Angola.

Mr. Bliberg brings over forty (40) years’ international oil and gas experience in construction, development, drilling, exploration, and business management. Mr. Bliberg is the founder and currently serves as Director of Modiin Energy (TLV: MDIN.L), an independent oil and gas company located in Israel. Mr. Bliberg also managed offshore pipeline projects for Global Industries, Horizon Offshore and Nat Gaz in offshore Israel from 2002-2005. Previously, Mr. Bliberg was founder and CEO of B&I Industries, an infrastructure construction company with a staff of over 250 professional welders worldwide, from 1980-2002. B&I supplied international services to companies such as Sonat, Chevron, Gulf Oil, OPI, Noble Energy, McDermott, and Global Industries including pipeline fabrication, pipeline systems construction, professional labor staffing, and offshore infrastructure construction. Mr. Bliberg started his welding career in the early 1970’s and has worked on international projects in onshore/offshore pipelines, onshore gathering systems, offshore infrastructure and refinery construction.
